Yes! Simply Fleet allows drivers to edit submitted inspections, ensuring they can address their mistakes. However, drivers cannot edit inspections submitted by other drivers.
Simply Fleet gives you the option to submit and print the inspection submission or save it on the web app. To do this, navigate to Vehicle Inspections > Inspection Submissions > Select the Vehicle > Click ‘Menu’ in the upper right corner > Export PDF. This printout or PDF will also include images clicked in the inspection process.
Absolutely! Simply Fleet provides for scheduling vehicle/equipment inspections. You just need to go through Vehicle Inspections > Inspection Schedules > Add > Enter ‘Vehicle’ and ‘Inspection Form’ > Save.
When submitting an Inspection, they will need to select an ‘Inspection Form’. Here, they will see all the forms that have already been created.
Task Attributes are the actions the driver performs on that task. If you choose Pass/Fail, he can mark the task as Pass or Fail. With Value, he can enter a value for the task. With Image Capture, he can click images for the task.

To do so, you have to log in to the Simply Fleet app first and then click on the ‘Vehicle Inspection’ module displayed in the menu. You can get access to a historical inspection report by navigating to ‘Inspection Submissions’.
The manager of the operator conducting the inspection will be notified via an email about the issue. You can also see the issues related to inspections on the ‘Inspection Submission’ dashboard that is provided under the ‘Vehicle Inspection’ module in the menu.

Absolutely yes! You can track the time taken by every inspection in the app itself. By navigating to the ‘Inspection Submissions’ module, you can get a record of performed inspections on your vehicles. You can then click and check the start and end time to track the total time spent on the inspection process of that particular vehicle.
